✈ IATA Launches First Global Flight Schedule Database — 150 Airlines Already On Board
A major shift in aviation data management is underway: the International Air Transport Association (IATA) has introduced the Schedule Data Exchange Program, creating a centralized global database of flight schedules and capacity — built by the airlines, for the airlines.
And it’s already gaining traction: over 150 airlines, including Qatar Airways, El Al, Emirates, United, Lufthansa, Air France, and British Airways, have signed on.
